Public rates are only one part of a hotel decision. Our team checks the same hotel, dates, room category and meal plan across the available booking channels, then looks at what is actually included. A specialist can sometimes access negotiated, package or partner rates that are not displayed publicly, particularly for repeat stays, longer bookings, celebrations and multiple rooms.

Before requesting a quote, have your dates, preferred room category, meal plan, number of rooms and guest names ready. That lets us compare like with like. A breakfast-inclusive king room is not the same offer as a room-only twin, and a refundable rate is not interchangeable with a prepaid one. Your assigned executive assistant explains those differences, handles the booking, and stays with you through changes or cancellations.
